Chapter Philanthropy and Service

Each year Delta Omega is one of the top fundraising Tri Delta chapters in the country. In the last year, we raised over $160,000 in 24 hours during our 15k in a Day event! Our chapter has consistently been the top fundraising chapter in the nation for the past three years.

During the fall season Delta Omega hosts three events:

Delta Desserts –Delta Desserts is an event hosted for members of our local community to come enjoy a variety of delicious desserts. Tickets are typically sold for this event. Other components of this event include music and pop up shops.

 

15K in a Day –15K in a Day is a 24-hour fundraiser in which our members, families, friends, and beyond help raise over $15,000 for St.Jude in one day. This is our most successful fundraiser, with our chapter raising over $160,000 in 24 hours this past year!

 

The St. Jude Run– The St. Jude Run is something our members love participating in whether they decide to run the 5k or the 1 mile race, it is always a good time.

 

In the spring semester, Delta Omega hosts:

Sincerely Yours– Sincerely Yours is our letter writing campaign. During this event, members of Tri Delta as well as members of our community are invited to the Tri Delta house to address letters to their friends and family on behalf of St. Jude. This is a fun event which includes letter writing, pop up shops from local boutiques, food, music, and giveaways.
